    On paper, the roster is above-average, especially in experience. When you rate each player, you should give 2 ratings--with McMillan and without him. These guys will look much better when he's gone.

    The roster will become an average NBA team, full of dumb rookies and never-drafted veterans. Management has given us an excellent roster this season, but a terrible coach.
