Its all wrong....No one in NJ wants a Namath jersey. We use them to cleanoff grease from a lube job. Bryant in Oregon???!!! More like nostalgia Drexler or Kersey.

Ha, I guess I'm shameful then.. I openly admit to owning a Kobe jersey.. I also have an Iverson Jersey.
But I still am not a Laker fan... at all. Fan of Kobe though.
When Oden was rehabing his rookie year I was pretty close to buying his Jersey but.. Decided against it. Turns out to be the right decision.

That's the best selling "nostalgia" jerseys, right? Nice they include Bryant on the list with guys who haven't played in 30 years.

Ya, it is pretty lame. I am guessing they can justify it since he changed his jersey number.

I think it's pretty amazing that Walter Payton beat out Jordan in Illinois. Oh and we have so many CA transplants in Portland it makes a bit of sense...

    OH, AND FUCK KOBE..

Did I say that out loud?

Don't worry. I have a Kobe jersey too. I hate the Lakers, but if you're a fan of the game of basketball, you appreciate watching Kobe play.

If you're a fan of the game of cornholing unwilling hotel concierges, you appreciate watching K*be play.

Even if I was a fan of Kobe I would have a very hard time buying his jersey merely because I think it is ugly. I don't like the colors or the style at all.

I find the very image of the Lakers jersey on that map to be physically repulsive. The stat is meaningless in that they are comparing sales to retired players, but I have a physical reaction to that noxious jersey and its colors.

the yellow does rival the ducks jerseys in terms of ugliness.

BTW, I will never own or wear any L*kers gear ever.

I've been given some pretty nice ones too, a Jerry West throwback (blue) a Wilt Chamberlin jersey (urine) and I've just given them away. I don't even want to possess them.

I have a KOBE Jersey, but it's from when I was young. I was a KOBE fan as a kid...Not as big a fan as HCP is now, but was a fairly big fan.
