This team is done. Fire Nate. Seriously. This is ridiculous.

There is one move that would pre-empt all other moves, including Steve Nash. See the thread title. Underperforming players might then come up to speed. It should be tried at least one year before blowing up the team, since it may make that unnecessary.

Our guards have been so bad this season, I'd like to see the Blazers go after Nash just to see how good this team could be with a real PG who can actually shoot the ball.

Of course, it would also be nice if that PG had a real offense to run. It's too bad we didn't get Rick Adelman when he was available. Look how quickly he's integrated Ricky Rubio to the NBA and turned Minnesota from a doormat into a decent team. Imagine how different this team would look with Adelman coaching and Nash running the point.

Folks, Boob isn't blowing his own horn, so I will. Boob argued with PapaG (who currently has some silly quote from me in his signature) that Felton is a big step down from Miller. I was a Miller defender, but made the mistake of siding with PapaG that Felton's not as good, but 7 years younger, so we'll get something in a trade if he fails and still come out ahead by getting Felton.

Boob was right. I'm hoping that McMillan will give Felton the Miller treatment and slow him down, but it isn't happening.

It has been suggested that the team has quit on Nate. What if Nate has quit on the team?

The guy is using Crawford to run the Roy ISO offense. WTF? He is treating Felton the way Cheeks treated Damon - no matter how poorly he plays, there is no accountability. After an entire off-season, he still has no plays in the book for Wallace.

Somebody help me out here? What is he doing?

He wants players who fit his vague but ironclad system, if you can call it a system. He lacks the talent to change his system to fit the talents of his players. I watched him coach the Sonics for 5 years. Nothing ever changes for him.
