    Oh and when Damian wasn't in the game, he was almost always the point-forward.

    Although when the Blazers' 16 point lead at the end of the game was evaporating, he started trying to force it, and they weren't falling for Robin. I don't know if Popp made some adjustments.

    He was forcing it because he wanted that trip dub. He only needed two dimes and Rolo was failing him.

    It's really the only reason he was on the floor. Stotts took out Dame and Wes, but left Nic on the floor to get the triple double. Then we missed a bunch of shots and the Spurs got it down to 11. At that point Stotts put Dame and Wes back in because he wasn't going to take the chance.

    Yep. Nico's primary job on offense seems to be to pass the ball to LaMarcus.

    He's not that good at it, but he's still our best entry passer into the post. And he's quick to cut to the hoop or rotate the ball to the weakside on a kickout. Him passing to LA a lot is by design.
