That is what I have been saying for days. For all the supposed depth on this team at guard, those guards sure are stinking it up. All of them. Rudy supposedly could start for another team. Maybe if that team was New Jersey. Bayless has been bad as well. Blake has been doing better than them by doing essentially nothing and not being a negative. When do we stop talking about potential and start asking for players to nut up and do what they are supposed to do?
I wouldn't wish a Portland first pick curse on Durant. He seems like a nice kid. It would be a damn shame if his career was ruined by injuries. I don't think it matters which guy Portland took. Either of them would have gotten hurt and been up and down the last three years. That's just the way it is in Portland.
How fucking sad is it when the best you can say about Portland's best performing point guard is that he didn't fuck up real bad? I seriously hope the problem is the coach and the system since those can be changed fairly easily. If it's the players then the team is completely fucked.
Agree. Or maybe these players are really just role players that shine when they play next to a all star talent. Bottom line is time for the "potential" to come out or make a trade recognizing that the players are role players and not future all stars (if KP gets that, trading will be easier)
