Tiger is much better than the average professional golfer with or without PEDs. (Still the number 1 golfer in the world by a large margin) I'm not so sure PEDs really help a golf score. I can see the argument that it can increase driving distance, but I doubt it helps short game and putting and probably could hurt that aspect of the game. If you look at tournament winners, it is a wide range of ages. Young and strong isn't always going to win a tournament. I know some professional golfers that won't even drink coffee during a round because it makes them a little edgy. PEDs to come back from injury makes sense, but bulking up for golf doesn't seem like it would work for golfers.
What people forget is that Tiger has had several surgeries. As a result he has changed his swing. That, and age is catching up to him.
