    Washburn is hot right now in his contract year and this looks like it could be a good pick up for this year while the Mariners land 2 young prospects, one that has been in the Tigers rotation.

    We needed a bat, but I think Wasburn can get us to the post season, and anything can happen after that.

    Washburn was pitching in more of a pitcher's park, but he still has been phenomenal this year. I'm surprised.

    I was hoping the Angels would've made a run at him, but Seattle's price would probably have bene so high trading within their division.

    Comerica Park has one of the biggest outfields in the Majors, So he still is in a pitchers park.
