He had a great opportunity here and failed miserably. He didn't standout in anything even during garbage time.
Well, he's stats for the year are atrocious beyond belief. 7 points per 36 minutes 39/17/53 5.5 assists 3.5 turnovers.
Tim I'll always remember one thing you did that neither Lillard, CJ, nor any Blazer has done this year. Played 48 minutes in a game.
There are lots of people on this board who know more about basketball than I do. That being said, possibly the most important aspect of basketball is almost uniformly neglected - comfort (not "talent"). Tim Frazier is comfortable in the DLeague, not so in the NBA. With us, he refused to take open 3s, and rushed it when he had to. He didn't look for his own shot nearly enough - he does so in the DLeague. Sometimes it takes a player 2 or more years before they become comfortable - many are out of the league before they get there. For example, Allen Crabbe is playing much better this year than previously. Watching him it is plain to see that he is more comfortable this year than last. Jermaine didn't get comfortable until after he left. One of the things Lillard has mentioned that he is so happy about is that from day 1 he was handed the starting PG job, and allowed to jack ridiculous 3s. The vets supported him, and he became comfortable almost immediately.
Wow... We're really going to make a thread about this cat? Jesus Christ... Where are you when we need you...
http://espn.go.com/nba/recap?id=400828897 New Orleans beat Sacramento 123-108 on Wednesday night to snap a four-game losing streak...newly signed Tim Frazier had a career-high 14 points with nine assists... FRAZIER'S DEBUT Frazier, who was signed to a 10-day contract before the game, had to do some quick studying on his iPad to learn as much of the Pelicans playbook as possible. "I was able to watch the plays, to see what they could do, and it kind of helped me out," Frazier said. "If there were anytime we went through something that was complicated, it would come out of a timeout so I could see the situation on the board. From there, the coach just let me go out there and run free." TIP-INS Pelicans: The 74 first-half points are a season high for New Orleans... UP NEXT Pelicans: Host Portland on Friday night. ------------ BE AFRAID. BE VERY AFRAID.
