<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Milwaukee Bucks point guard T.J. Ford will be out for two to three weeks with a mildly bruised spinal cord, the Bucks said Wednesday Ford suffered the injury with 4 minutes 34 seconds left in the home game Tuesday night against Minnesota. He was fouled by Mark Madsen on a drive to the basket and took a hard fall. It appeared Ford landed on his tailbone and his head snapped back, and he immediately went prone on the court. After remaining on the floor for several minutes while he was being attended to by medical personnel, he was taken off the court on a stretcher. Ford was taken to St. Luke's Hospital for X-rays, and the team announced after the Minnesota game Ford had suffered a sprained neck. Further tests, which included an MRI, showed the spinal cord bruise but nothing worse.</div> http://www.jsonline.com/sports/buck/feb04/210186.asp Get well soon TJ
I wish he weren't injured. He provides the majority of unselfish plays for the Bucks. Ranks #8 in the NBA in Assists Per Game(6.5), Ranks #9 in the NBA in Assists(356.0), Ranks #3 in the NBA in Assists Per 48 Minutes(11.6) Really good numbers in that department. Luckily you recently got Van Horn, he plays a pretty good overall game, he won't compensate since he doesn't play point but his actual presence is good enough.
Man thats pretty bad newz for any Bucks fan. I watch Texas a lot last year, and Ford was awsome. I don't how well the Bucks will be able to play without him. Hope he gets better soon.
Yeah it is tough but Damon should hold us down pretty good until the Texas Tornado gets back into the swing
