Vance sounded smarmy. Admittedly we weren't unbiased but room erupted into whoops when he said Trump saved ACA and praised Trump for peaceful transfer of power. It wasn't wipeout. Unlike Trump, Vance did prepare but no preparation can enable him to say women should trust him when he wants to force every woman to carry every pregnancy no matter what.

Vance claimed he never supported national abortion ban. He is on record saying he wants abortion outlawed everywhere. Which is a national abortion ban.

It's not hard to comprehend his position. He would be happy if each individual state were to choose to outlaw abortion, but he does not support a federal law banning abortion.
