I don't agree with Pence's politics but at least he isn't a coward.

Vance’s goal was to make himself seem likable, because much of America thinks he’s a douche.

I’m sure MAGA is pissed he was being cordial

Wasn't very likeable even in being cordial.

Vance sounded smarmy. Admittedly we weren't unbiased but room erupted into whoops when he said Trump saved ACA and praised Trump for peaceful transfer of power.

It wasn't wipeout. Unlike Trump, Vance did prepare but no preparation can enable him to say women should trust him when he wants to force every woman to carry every pregnancy no matter what.

Very hilarious a guy trying to sound smart telling the uneducated to not listen to smart people.

Mods began debate with Walz misstatement from over 20 years ago but never asked Vance about Trump constant lying including yesterday when he said Biden not responding to Hurricane Helene.

Vance claimed he never supported national abortion ban. He is on record saying he wants abortion outlawed everywhere. Which is a national abortion ban.

One guy trying to deflect and blame everyone who isn't actually at fault. Basically making false and divisive statements over and over.

The other is offering solutions and talking policy.

Very clear win for Walz as far as I'm concerned.

"Tim Walz is the neighbor who mows your lawn when you break your leg. JD Vance is the neighbor who complains to the HOA that your grass is too tall."

It's not hard to comprehend his position. He would be happy if each individual state were to choose to outlaw abortion, but he does not support a federal law banning abortion.

That's his position today, yes. A couple of years ago, the evidence suggests something else.
