This is Antonio Harvey, ABM is completely WRONG! While I have a very good understanding of my place as a person in the public eye, not all people share that outlook. I created my facebook page for my family and friends, as a place where we can share our personal lives with each other. It was not really created for Blazer fans, to be honest it wasn't created for the couple of Antonio Harvey fans out there, I did not know that I had to privatize my page, but now I have done that. Not because I have anything to hide, but because I want to protect the people that don't want their information out for the world to see. Last season someone, on one of these blogs, burned one of my counterparts with some doctored pictures and some flat out lies. All that I ask is that you respect us as people, we enjoy the interactions with you, and look forward to them. ABM, it would have been a lot cooler for you to send me a message asking if I cared whether or not you could put this information out there. It's not like you don't know how to reach me, we do all we can to accommodate you, and this is the thanks we get. TTYL, Antonio Harvey

It's weird, because you have to set your profile to public (it's private by default, iirc). I can see why ABM would think what he thought. I also could believe it if someone spoofed that post to look smart later.

Absolutely. Oh, and by the way, I sent a personal e-mail to my buddy Wheels as to help determine the veracity of "Antonio's" post. (Me thinks Tones is gonna have a good, hearty laugh over it all.) Yeesh.
What a bunch of BS for pot shots at ABM- at least on this one. Look, if AH wanted a private page at facebook, all he has to do is set one up. Otherwise, it's open for the whole world. And clearly he chose to do so. Geeze, what a bunch of morons. However, I always realize I'm dealing with mostly children around here.
Oh, give me a break. If people sign up for a social networking site they're responsible for what's there and what's not. They're responsible for limiting who can see it and who cannot. ABM puts a lot of things out there for Blazers fans to consider... from columns that many of us haven't read to his "Deals o' the Day" that he used to post. I think that he just put this up as an interesting crossover of "real life", "virtual life", and celebrity. If he had called for some sort of prank on Mr. Harvey, or he were at all negative? I could see "losing respect" for ABM. He did nothing of the kind. He shared a bit of information with a hundred or so fellow Blazers fans... it's just not that big of a deal. Ed O.
