    The Bucks are getting left off because they started out really good, winning the title in their third year and making it back to the finals in their fifth year. than they sucked, than they had a good run of a solid core of Ricky Pierce, and Sidney Moncreif in the 80s, than they sucked some more, then they have a few good years with Allen and Robinson before going back to sucking.

The Lakers and Celtics are so far ahead of the pack it doesn't even matter who else is on the list.I do regret putting the Suns on the list though, they still don't deserve it.
