If you had to choose between trading either Dame or CJ for Kawhi, who would you choose to trade?

Both, we need a fucking rebuild, you are going NOWHERE with either of them, only people in Portland believe the hype of those two overrated guards.

I’m not trading either for him; I’d trade both for much younger talent to build around Zach and Nurkic.

Yeah, build around Nurkic and Collins so you have another mediocre team in 3 years from now.

We need a FUCKING SUPERSTAR, DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT?

Well you better suck LeBron off and impregnate your mom with his jizz and make us a superstar then.

At this point just fire Olshey and Stotts so we can see someone else's vision of what this team could be.

I've been saying for a couple of years now that I don't think Dame/CJ works. The "improved" defense this year to me had much more to Nurk being on the court for a full season than anything they did. They were marginally improved but the bulk goes to the Nurkic effect....just like last year how they were better defensively after the Nurkic trade.

Our combination of undersized guards is getting dominated by a bit bigger guards WHO PLAY BOTH SIDES OF THE BALL. Neither of our guards can stop Holiday or Rondo and on offense, all ball movement has stopped and shooting percentages has plummeted. It may work in the regular season against bad teams, average teams, or even a good team now and then like when you catch them without key players, on a b2b or just playing over your heads.

But it is not a recipe for long term success. Not sure how long some people are willing to continue this course. Continuing the same thing over and over expecting a different result = insanity.

I'm not trading Dame so it has to be CJ.

CJ for Kawhi would be amazing. Doesn't work under the cap though. Now, if Danny Green opted into his final year, a CJ/Aminu for Kawhi/Green deal would be phenomenal.

Unless they win the next four strait then something has to change. I was hoping Stotts would give Baldwin early minutes to guard Holiday.

Neither CJ or Dame where even close when he drove. He was completely past both of them by the time he got to the rim. We must have one reliable 2-way backcourt player. We don’t and so they stole our lunch and ate it in front of us.

You can’t trade Dame so it would have to be CJ.

Trading CJ for a 2-way guard would at least give you a shot with the rest of the guys.

If you really want a superstar then trade Dame and CJ for draft picks, lose a season or two while Nurk and Collins grow, they hope you get one in the draft. Philly’s future is looking pretty bright, but it took pain to get there.

Ball movement is what happens between the hand and the floor or the hand and the hoop.
