No, I have a feeling that he has a feeling that he is better than his team mates. I have a feeling that Dwight Howard is the kind of guy who says "I played like this and we didn't win cause you didn't play like that"
No doubt but his time in Houston is 1/10 the sideshow that his time in LA was. He hasn't been right since he left Orlando. I'm not saying he can't get back to his roots, but I'd rather put my money somewhere else if you get what I mean.
I'll go on record saying that Neil Olshey knows more about DHoward than probably most people in the basketball universe...Olshey says a guy is a keeper...I'm probably going to believe him
I think he got to see a team twice in a week that is having fun playing team basketball...then looked at his own team and ...ding! Howya doin' Dame!
I would certainly want to talk with Stan before thinking about a trade for Howard. Didn't he have some good years with him or was it all bad?
Then or now, I would want Olshey to talk to him face to face and ask him if he would commit to showing up early with the rest of the team for at least two years. And if he wouldn't, forget it.
Harkless' former teammate Tobias Harris (23) seems like a name to keep our eye on. Not sure the magic are looking to move him though.
From what I've seen, they are willing to talk about moving him. It's not like they're desperate to get rid of him. I think he'd be an awesome get for NO, but I don't think they're going to want lesser guys, with or without promise, to let him go.
