    I don't think he will be charged with either. What you may or may not know is that the DA has a lot of tools to decide if they want to charge someone and how aggressively. If they wanted to make an exmaple out of him, they almost certainly could get him on multi-counts.

    I'm not saying if they should or shouldn't, but there is no doubt in my mind he broke a law. I don't want him to go to jail/prison because I don't think it would accomplish anything positive for him or the rest of society. Having said that, this wasn't some mutal agreed upon "fight" between two people.

    I agree with point 4. On the rest, we will just have to agree to disagree. There was no harm to anyone in giving the players involved the chance to settle this in private.

    BTW, you will note that the leaker didn't go to a news organization - they went to a celebrity gossip site. (TMZ) To me that is a big red flag regarding their intent. YMMV

    I'm not trying to say the person who leaked it did nothing wrong. I'm saying they did nothing illegal and therefore it's not worse the what Draymond did.

    I don't know how TMZ obtained the video, I don't know if it's someone in the organization, etc. We can assume, but we're just taking educated guesses at this point. What we do know is Draymond walked aggressive at Poole, made the first physical contact, and threw a punch.

    The deflecting attention off Draymond Green to an unknown person who exposed the truth is a wild stance to me. However, big power organizations/governments love that type of hurd mentality to cover up their wrong-doings.

    I can tell you that Kerr asked them to trade Draymond 6 years ago. Hates dealing with him. Knows how good and valuable he is but has been sick of his shit for a LONG time. I have no doubt they are open to trading him. I just think the value is not great at the moment and he by far has the most value to one team - Golden State. But that wasn’t just any punch. That was a vicious punch straight to the face. Could have done some serious damage to one of their best players. Enough is enough.
