Yeah, I mean the obvious difference is that the cameraman is just minding his own business and gets launched.... Poole only shoved Draymond because he was right up in his face. But still, this is just an example of how easy it is to classify something as assault in the eyes of the law. If a DA really wanted to, they could charge Draymond just for basically bodying Poole.
