If we were to rebuild, what package would be more appealing?

    Ingram/SGA framework is solid.

In theory Ingram should be elite but it hasn't really translated into on the court success yet after two years. SGA is intriguing but I don't think you can call him elite either.

Clippers are very high on SGA anyway. They’ll be building around him for now.

If we're buying into the Layman "third year jump", wouldn't Harkless be a better option for this deal? Sac probably does that without the inclusion of the pick, and we keep a full complement of bigs.

Ingram's gone from 9 to 16 ppg (on 47% FG & 39% 3P), and he's barely 21. I don't think his trajectory really looks problematic. Wouldn't shock me at all if he jumps to 20+ ppg in year 3 on similar percentages. I mean, he's not Durant, but he sounds on track to elite to me.

I didn't say his trajectory was problematic, but putting up 16 ppg on that roster last year isn't exactly great. The 3 point % is a little skewed because he doesn't shoot many of them (1.8 per game). If you look at Wiggins trajectory after his 2nd year he averaged 20.7 points per game on 46% shooting. My point is that Ingram still has to have another big jump to get near elite status. Durant averaged over 25 ppg his 2nd season with better percentages, that comparison isn't even close.

John Wall and Bradley Beal pubically called out teammates after Friday's embarrassing loss to the Kings.

The Wiz dropped to 1-4 on the season Friday night and tension appears to be building in the locker room. "We’ve got guys that’s worried about who’s getting shots. …You should never worry about that," said Wall. Brad Beal also had some harsh comments: "Sometimes, we have our own agendas on the floor, whether it’s complaining about shots, complaining about playing time, complaining about whatever it may be." Neither player mentioned Otto Porter by name, but coach Scott Brooks did, saying Porter "can’t worry about" his shots.

Turner, Aminu, and a pick for Porter.

Wonder if Beal got 6 shots and Porter got 20 on a consistant basis if Beal would feel the same way.

Thabo Sefolosha, anyone? He's just come off suspension for the Jazz, but they've got to find minutes for Niang, who is playing great for them.

PROS: great defender, good three point shooter. Would start for us right now, what with Harkless out.
CONS: old (34). Would have to change his number (22). What would Utah want for him? Would he fit into our Vonleh trade exception?

Love Thabo. Makes too much to fit into the TPE though. Don't see anything we could offer that would make sense for Utah.

Niang is playing well? How did Utah get him? Oh yeah. Portland is above that.

    Gross - that's uncalled for.

Operation trade Nurk to move Zach to his natural position.
