    No need for anyone to add any more ideas. The best idea has now come to light!!!

    On the serious, I gained a bit of respect for Comcast over the weekend. After the remodel of the studio, I mounted the flat screen on the wall and hooked back up the cable box, but it had been unhooked for almost a month. I couldn't get the remote to work. It would operate the stereo and dvd player, but not the Comcast box.
    I went to google on my phone Comcast remote doesn't work and the first link was to a customer online chat that took less than 15 seconds for someone to enter the chat room. Within 5 minutes they had everything fixed. Nothing like this existed when I was a tech. I liked the advancements in technology based on customer service and not just a better product. Kudos to Comcast for this.

    They are still a legal monopoly in town though.

    Actually I lied. If Sly and I keep posting ideas and liking them, we are gonna become the two most liked people on this site. Of course one would actually be common knowledge and the other would be a big facade, but still... a like is a like. ;)
