    http://www.politicususa.com/2016/08...on-dollars-donor-money-running-president.html

The Trump campaign still hasn’t released proof that Trump converted the $52 million that he loaned his campaign to donations, so it is likely that donors won’t know the true extent of Trump’s potential grifting until after the presidential election ends.
Republicans who give their money to Donald Trump in good faith may be getting ripped off, as millions of dollars are finding their way into the Republican nominee’s pocket.

holy cow- this is like a dizzying carousel spinning faster n faster; 'til its out of control, then launched-

I'm thoroughly convinced Chump is a nut short of being a full blown psychotic.

This is- the Hail Mary Pass of his campaign, and I don't see Doug Flutie endorsing him either, or offering to chuck the ball for 'em either...

(kind of says it all, clip from the 3rd article)

Trump has been regularly using gun homicides in Chicago as a broader representation of an increase in violent crime across the nation — an increase for which there isn't evidence.

^^^^^It's all about The Donald. He will put the GOP into Chapter 11! ......and again he will escape
unscathed. A hoar is always a hoar. This SOB is totally out of control.

I love my country too much to see this renegade as its leader!

...^^^not sure how many times we've mentioned it here but it truly is a shame that Trump/Clinton are the main choices that are being offered to us.

...the wife and I were discussing this just yesterday and she asked me if I had made up my mind yet as far as voting...I told her that since I was disgusted with the thought of Clinton and terrified at the thought of Trump, if I voted at all in November, to show my displeasure I'd simply go a different route and vote independent.

...sadly, the Yanx's future looks much brighter than this country's future.

    (excerpted from)**

    http://www.sandiegouniontribune.com/news/2016/jul/05/classified-information-clinton-intent/

I swear, with the DOJ looking at Comey's bs investigation, and again we hear- "we did not find intent".... since fkng when does intent have to be present to mishandle TSAR Doc's??? They don't, only gross negligence needs to be present, and in some cases, not even negligence has to be proved, rather its a fkng crime merely to mis-handle TSAR Doc's regardless of intent......and she keep's getting another pass.....

take the case of: Bryan Nishamura. The former Naval reservist was prosecuted in Sacramento in 2015 for mishandling classified information.

** by admitting he knew the information was classified, he made the case against him.
“The law doesn't require an evil intention, just an awareness if was classified,” he said. “And without an admission, it’s way tougher to prove.

    another case:

    http://www.nationalreview.com/corner/437479/fbi-rewrites-federal-law-let-hillary-hook

In essence, in order to give Mrs. Clinton a pass, the FBI rewrote the statute, inserting an intent element that Congress did not require. The added intent element, moreover, makes no sense: The point of having a statute that criminalizes gross negligence is to underscore that government officials have a special obligation to safeguard national defense secrets; when they fail to carry out that obligation due to gross negligence, they are guilty of serious wrongdoing.

The lack of intent to harm our country is irrelevant. People never intend the bad things that happen due to gross negligence. I would point out, moreover, that there are other statutes that criminalize unlawfully removing and transmitting highly classified information with intent to harm the United States.

Being not guilty (and, indeed, not even accused) of Offense B does not absolve a person of guilt on Offense A, which she has committed. It is a common tactic of defense lawyers in criminal trials to set up a straw-man for the jury: a crime the defendant has not committed. The idea is that by knocking down a crime the prosecution does not allege and cannot prove, the defense may confuse the jury into believing the defendant is not guilty of the crime charged. Judges generally do not allow such sleight-of-hand because innocence on an uncharged crime is irrelevant to the consideration of the crimes that actually have been charged.

and last, the icing on Hillary and Comey's cake.....

    http://www.dailywire.com/news/7225/yes-hillary-had-intent-under-law-comey-lied-she-ben-shapiro

    • First, and most obviously, as I explained yesterday, that law simply does not require intent. Here is 18 USC 793(f), which Comey explicitly referenced:
    • "Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information, relating to the national defense, (1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, or (2) having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of its trust, or lost, or stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, and fails to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer—Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both".
the entire law is noted herein:

...funny that since he's behind in the polls, Trump is wavering on some of his previous idiocy...he's even going to visit Mexico to meet with their President in an attempt to salvage his standing with Hispanics...or could it be he's looking to "negotiate a better deal" for his financing of "the wall" he's going to build.

"Within minutes of Trump announcing that he would travel to Mexico City on Wednesday before his speech laying out his immigration stance in Phoenix, reaction was fast and furious among those in the Mexican political cognoscenti.

    Story Continued Below

"There is no turning back," former Mexican President Vicente Fox tweeted Tuesday night, ripping into Trump for his offensive remarks about Mexicans, Muslims and others that he said "have led you to the pit where you are today."

Added Fox, who previously apologized to the candidate after declaring that Mexico was not going to pay for "that f----ing wall": "¡Adiós, Trump!"

Trump is "not welcome" in her country, former Mexican first lady Margarita Zavala de Calderón tweeted Wednesday morning, as news broke of the Republican nominee's impending visit and meeting with President Enrique Peña Nieto.

"Mexicans have dignity and repudiate his hate speech," she wrote."

Trump is the human alienation factor.......he's alienated USA from the free world. Yet, he's linked
to USSR & China. Talk about strange bedfellows! One scary dude.

...still can't believe how screwed up and misguided this country has become.

...currently 56% of Americans have an unfavorable view of Clinton and 63% have an unfavorable view of Trump.

...I mean how in the hell have we reached the position where both candidates are so disliked?........yet here we are.
