Personally I think emailgate2.0 is an attempt by Comey to keep the FBI from really leaking and influencing the election. By revisiting, it stalls the whistleblowers that have detailed knowledge of the crimes committed. Let's be clear, she is guilty of multiple felonies, as is her staff. But my guess is that the 30,000 deleted emails also included other high ranking govt members also using aliases and or private servers to evade FOIA . We now know Obama had an alias. Frankly our feckless foreign policy likely means that our govt has been hacked and enemy states are using these back channel communications as leverage. Why all of a sudden is the DNC no longer fans of Wikileaks? Guess the advantage for W was him being too dumb (ummm errr or smart) not to stray from give secure systems. I can't imagine the political pressure Comey must have between the lifetime agents and DOJ hacks. That said DOJ gets to call those shots, not FBI. That said his crisis of conscience should have been upfront in the form of a resignation. But make no mistake, FBI isn't influencing anything, Hillary built and owns this. She'll likely be the first president to take the oath and be impeached in her first month, relieving Andrew Johnson of that honor. From Deep Throat to Carlos Danger....lol! Just here from 22Oct to 07Nov. Will relo late Jan to get past holidays. Won't see the fest until next Sept. Not only could Hillary pardon herself but it doesn't have to be disclosed if she does. The closest we came was Nixon who didn't want to pardon himself so Ford ended up doing it. What's incredible is that in the grand scheme of things what Nixon did was child's play compared to some of this Hillary crap.
Comey screwed up and sold out his agents by not recommending an indictment. That's something he will have to live with. He should've thrown it in the lap of Loretta Lynch and she would've cemented what a political hack she is. It's incredible she hasn't had her feet held to the fire on that meeting with Bill Clinton on her private jet.
Not completely Comey's fault to be fair. From the beginning DOJ took the tools out of agents hands. Prosecutors not FBI handed out immunity to make the investigation meaningless. Sadly from all the reporting and misinformation, the public does not understand the legal system or process at all. And pardon or not, she can still be impeached.
