he was interviewed on fox about this earlier today. he said election legal team (both sides have them in all 50 states) recommended bringing this challenge and the consensus was to go ahead and try, nothing to lose. judge just tossed it saying that the existing law stipulates the exact same requirements anyway. there's tons of this sort of stuff that goes on in every state on election day, its only news because it feeds the anti-trump media agenda.
