Oh please. Biden meets with people all day. Many are not allies or friends. If he was in "obvious mental decline" some would have leaked it. Instead they all say he is informed and engaged. When he was speaker, McCarthy privately said Biden was mentally sharp and publicly said he is senile because that's Republican party line. His opponent mixes up Nikki Haley and Nancy Pelosi, says he will bring great crime to DC, talks about building a dome across the country and said to drink bleach to prevent Covid. Biden sometimes struggles for a word and maybe misplaces the keys.
