What legal means did he have for obtaining the letter?

It has been suggested on the talking picture box that although Trump's MO is to produce paper documents, his staff often scans them and sends them via email. So an electronic copy may have been available.

I can't vouch for the accuracy of that, but it seems plausible.

But you do not accually know. Got it. I do not see how anything that far back is relevant to any crime Mueller is charged with finding.

Seems more like one of those leaks again. Or perhaps one of those warrants that are expressly prohibited in the 4th. More likely one of the later that was then illegally leaked (again).

Correct. That's what I said. That's what he said. That's what our position is.

Well, then you are in for a big surprise soon!

Definitely a leak. Not necessarily an illegal leak though - witnesses can talk freely, and several are.

    Keep reaching for the stars.

Once again, Mueller has NOTHING proving collusion. This whole thing is just a wet dream for liberals who want to “get” Trump but actually have nothing to get him with. Trump must be laughing his head off.

And this is the answer, last year, this year, next year.
Some day I would like those that like this shit to come to dislike it like a wise man should.

Well, it would go quicker if your boy would just confess. Since he won't, Mueller's got to do it the hard way, collecting evidence and testimony and all that due process stuff.

Yes yes, due process. That is the question. Better yet when is the process due? And when is it abuse? No evidence, no charge. This process is a farce, beyond fishing simply a farce.

    https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/due_process

You will note. This Farce Process
Can not meet any of the 10 elements needed to show due process.

    1. An unbiased tribunal.
    2. Notice of the proposed action and the grounds asserted for it.
    3. Opportunity to present reasons why the proposed action should not be taken.
    4. The right to present evidence, including the right to call witnesses.
    5. The right to know opposing evidence.
    6. The right to cross-examine adverse witnesses.
    7. A decision based exclusively on the evidence presented.
    8. Opportunity to be represented by counsel.
    9. Requirement that the tribunal prepare a record of the evidence presented.
    10. Requirement that the tribunal prepare written findings of fact and reasons for its decision.
The others being denied Due Process are those that elected the President.

Well, Mueller is investigating, not conducting a trial. The trials come later, and that's when the due process happens.
Ha ha ha. Oh, you are such a victim.

Thinking that Mueller is acting illegally is a very wrong assumption.

Oh, for God’s sake. You have nothing, just as I said. This investigation has been going on for over a year and all you can say is “You’ll see?”

Mueller had a warrant, Marzy. It might be either a FISA warrant or a grand jury warrant. My guess is that it was a grand jury warrant. I presume a warrant is a legal way of viewing such stuff.
