Looking forward to checking this out, I like kooky restaurants like this. I swear I've been to one before but I don't remember where. http://pdx.eater.com/2017/3/27/15073784/oregon-cracker-barrel-opening-date-tualatin
Cracker Barrel sucks. We went to the one in Kingman Az once or twice before they opened one here. My wife had a store we had to visit in Kingman so we had to drive to that shithole. Haven't even thought of going to the one here.
I used to go every time we visited the famiLy in Tennessee when I was younger. Look forward to going and trying it. I wonder if the shop is filled with cool stuff you'd find in the south, or if it's all Oregon hipstered out.
They are a pretty good place to stop and eat on the road. All though the South. You can actually get "grits" for breakfast, or maybe gravy and biscuits too. I like the hot cakes and eggs.
I ate at a Cracker Barrel one time when my flight was delayed like 12 hours. It was bomb af. Definitely a rich old person store. You can get a bowl of soup, then buy a 250 dollar rocking chair, and a 500 dollar antique chest all at the same time.
Presidente....Take anti acid med with you if your eat the hash browns. The Country store is a bit over priced. Otherwise, food is decent and the people are oriented towards great customer service.
Customef service? You ever been to the south? I cant stand eating out anywhere down here. Ive never had an order come out right from cracker barrel and im not even one of those ass holes who asks for special shit. Ill order say, chicken fried steak with grits and bacon. And ill get bacon and hasbrowns or some shit. But that's every where down south. The food is decent, not worth the 45 minute wait after sunday church though. People who grew up in oregon have no idea how good customer service is there compared to the south. Everyone down here is on their phone and shit instead of working. The ammount of lazy is disgusting.

Sheed....... I was talking about the Cracker Barrel in Hamilton NJ. The Last place in the South for me was Florida where they cannot make tasty bread like they do in Jersey or NY. I heard its the water. Best food and service I ever had down South was New Orleans.
