I imagine the media/Biden will declare Joe the winner today or tomorrow and it will be dragged a month and who the fuck knows what happens after that.

Probably. How long this drags out depends on how many of Trump's nonsense lawsuits actually stick in court

 

I think an outlet will call a state for Joe which will put him over the top soon. I think this will get extremely messy, whatever happens.

 

Its not the lawsuits that is worrisome, I think this will mobilize right wing violence and terrorism. Militias will form and war is coming.

 

...correct me if I'm wrong about this, but I thought every state has both party officials observing vote counting etc they are making this a big nothing burger by neglecting to mention this. Raising a big stink because they aren't allowing additional GOP oversight above and beyond what's already in place.

 

And if faithless electors give electoral votes against their state's vote to catapult Trump into office, there will be Civil War 2: Electric Boogaloo.

Whatever happened this election, it was always going to further radicalize the chuds of America. Losing by a slim margin is probably the worst case scenario, though.
