Hence...his stupid tweet about rivers that flow into the ocean

It wasn't my tweet. It's most or nearly all tweets anyone posts in any thread. I was just giving a screen shot of what I see.
Window's 10 desktop. Chrome. I have a couple pop up blockers installed, but when I use Firefox (also with pop up blockers, but different ones), I don't seem to have any issues with tweets. So it seems it's either a Chrome issue, or maybe an add-on issue.
