I'm not buyin into any trades until the end of the season. All this talk about tradinig KG is taking me on this rollercoaster ride. If for some miraculous reason we land KG for next year, I'll be the happiest man alive on this planet.

I have to agree, once the post-season trades are over and done with we will see what we get.

There is no one on the Bulls that could be traded with KG even with a Pick. This years draft is not a rich one, so the pick isn't all that valuable.

Minnesota has made it clear they aren't accepting anything less than a superstar in beturn because they don't want to get screwed like the Lakers. Minnesota only has one star, whereas the Lakers could kind of afford losing one since they had Kobe waiting in the wings. If the timberwolves botch this trade they'll be done, for a very long time.

they have a lot of interesting young pieces. duhon, gordon, deng, nocioni, hinrich, 2nd overall pick, 16th overall pick, and plus, dont they have the knicks pick next year as well? im sure they can work something out.

<div class="quote_poster">Quoting LakerDave08:</div><div class="quote_post">I don't care what Mitch has to do to get this done but he better.

He already F'ed up the Artest deal he better not do the same to this one.

Garnett would revitalize the Lakers and himself. Kobe and Garnett would compliment each other perfectly and are already good friends. Mitch better realize this and sell his soul to get this deal through.</div>

Actually Mitch isn't calling the shots, Jim Buss is making the final decisions with the roster moves. Jim Buss backed out of the Ron Artest deal at the last minute.

If KG is getting traded to the Lakers, it's going to take the two owners working out the deal and overriding any decison making of the GMs.
