    Penn is going to win this. Penn is better in all areas of the game. Im a Sanchez fan as I am a Kenny Flo fan, but Penn just has too many weapons and is at his best at 155. If Penn comes into shape like he did against Florian, its lights out for Sanchez in the 3rd round.

    Re: UFC 107: Penn vs. Sanchez (Dec. 12th)

    Penn is my favorite fighter in MMA period. He always has been. Being an islander, I'm biased.

    Kenny Florian? Well, I am the webmaster for the SHOYOROLL BRAND and Kenny Florian was the first major UFC fighter sponsored by the brand. He is also a huge reason for the success of the SYR GI. So, you got to support your sponsored fighters...

    Potential upsets...

    Struve over Buentello... Buentello is a small favourite but Struve's submission game is quite good;
    Wiman over Nelson... Wiman is a pace-pusher, Nelson is a folder;
    Grant over Burns... TJ's wrestling and top control could decide the fight;
    Kongo over Mir... Mir's gameplan will make or break this fight;

    Re: UFC 107: Penn vs. Sanchez (Dec. 12th)

    I'm surprised that Buentello is so favored in many write ups. Paul is a personal fav, but he doesn't have the best takedown defense and Struve is starting to fill out his tall frame. He also proved he can take some punishment. His KO loss to Dos Santos was more how good Santos is rather than Struve lacking IMO.

    I don't think much of Nelson at all I expect Wiman to win.

    Grant is a great ground fighter, Burns is good not great at anything I definitely agree

    If Kongo has continued to improve his takedown D, he Could win this, but Mir should get it to the ground and sub him quickly once he does.

    I will of course, be rooting for Guida and depending on who has improved the most since switching camps, could very well control and beat Florian 29-28.

    I find it weird Gouveia is the favorite too, Belcher's loss to Aikyama was not that bad and Gouveia has 5 KO losses and Belcher has 7 KO wins...

    Wow, Mir is heavy.

    Kongo turned his back on him during the (non) stare-down.

    Can Sanchez be a pound over for a title fight? I guess in Tennessee he can... he was mean-mugging like a maniac.

    Mir is really bulking up. He wants his shot @ Lesnar. He has added all this muscle for him.
