Re: UFC 112 SPOILER THREAD I don't think Edgar is that good. I haven't seen the fight yet, but I read a lot of posts that BJ looked soft and had his knee wrapped. I wonder if he was injured and thought Edgar would be easy enough to half ass it. Either way, I expect him to get his belt back by the end of the year.

Silva... that was one of the weirdest things I've ever seen. Especially since I watcehd it without knowing who was going to win. I was 100 percent sure it was not leaving the second round. Very weird indeed.

Re: UFC 112 SPOILER THREAD I hope to god BJ was injured. I don't like BJ at all but I do enjoy watching his fights and I really hope he hasn't resorted back to his laziness. Not only was he slower, but he wouldn't listen to his corner at all either. They were telling him to take him down, something he never tried once in the fight.

Re: UFC 112 SPOILER THREAD For as bad as Anderson fucked around, he did some serious damage to Maia. If I would've seen the post fight pictures, I would have thought Maia was in an all out brawl. That is how fuckin' good Anderson is. Dana said that Anderson might be the first champ fighting on a prelim card. He said he was sick, disgusted, mad, and saddened by Anderson's performance. Dana dug his own grave though when he didn't let Anderson go make big $$$ by fighting Roy Jones. Payback is a bitch, ain't it Dana?

Re: UFC 112 SPOILER THREAD Honestly Silva didn't finish, but it was a fucking clinic..I actually enjoyed watching him toy and pick apart Maia for like 3-4 rounds. I guess i got tired of it by the 5th round. Also, people can shit on GSP and how he didn't stand and strike with Hardy, but I think the Penn fight is a good example of how important a good game plan is, if BJ would have taken Edgar down he probably would of had a submission win.

Btw, I thought Renzo did not look good at all. I don't see him challenging really anyone at welterweight, especially since we all now know he will never check a leg kick.
