Good night of fights. Main events weren't barn burners but some good finishes in the prelims and on the under card. Gomi vs. Vallie-Flagg was a pretty great fight.

Strong return performance from AJ. Phil Davis needs to add more dimensions to his game.

Luke Rockhold's start-to-finish domination of Tim Boetsch was something.

Davis needs to focus on his game rather than looking jacked to shit. It's almost like his "elite" ground game has disappeared.

If you had told me in advance the fight was going the distance, I would have said Davis must have ground out the victory. Seems like Rumble is a smarter, more well-rounded fighter than he used to be. Either that, or Davis has forgotten his bread-and-butter!

Have to agree with you. This is the same guy that beat Lyoto Machida?

Takanori Gomi, Isaac Vallie-Flagg, Joseph Benavidez and Chris Beal each earned $50,000 bonuses.

Gomi is pretty stoked about his win last night and says he'll quit drinking if he gets a title shot. Might be a little ways off from that but he'll be fighting a ranked fighter in Japan in September so who knows? After Rogan said he was out of shape and exhausted he put on two pretty dominant rounds so I guess looks can be deceiving.

Rumble has looked good at 205. May we have another contender?

Finally was able to watch the Rumble fight, he DOMINATED that thing. I'd like to see him against Glover.
