That's sweet that you have that goal. I try doing things like these but I only keep it up for about a week...You've inspired me. I'm gonna start working out like nuts.WOO!!

Powerballin is at a pretty good weight. I wish I was 5-7 pound heavier at 5'8, 5'9 than him. That would be nice. I'm at 157 pounds.

Good luck Tony, it should come off easy considering your pretty active, young...just don't eat in the evenings and cut out the sugar. I've lost 15 pounds since August just going to the YMCA 3 days a week, cutting sugar and eating no later than 7 PM.
Heres an idea, run around your block every time you make one post on BBW. It'll improve your strength of your posts and tighten those buns.

I mostly think its my metabolism because I'm not the best eater.Wanna lose weight? Don't drink ANY pop. I've never really liked pop and its probably why I never got really big. I know girls who stopped drinking any pop and they lost 10 pounds in a few weeks.
I've got an incredibly high metabolism..I'm 5'10 now, 135-140..I need to gain weight, but I cant! I eat more than anyone..like seriously, its weird how much I can eat..But I can't gain weight.

I began dieting (exercising without eating much) and eventually became God-awful thin, you know what I mean? I think I was down to 144 lbs. Now I sit at exactly 150 lbs and am a junior in high school. Anyway, my point is, even though I'm sure you already know this: never starve yourself!P.S: I wasn't chubby, but I had a gut developing and I didn't like it so I began losing weight. I don't have to worry about that. I'm relatively skinny..14, 5"8 and probably about 125-140 pounds..I havnt checked since June..And I still eat quite a bit too. Probably about 3 meals a day, and a ton of snacks.

I put in 4 hours at the gym today instead of two, I played 4 full court games as well as a few 3 on 3. I had a small salad for lunch with water.The only thing I did wrong was at the gym, They were out of water so I bought a Gatorade.
