Then I think they will join the russians in destroying the city with artillery. They believe the only civilians who haven't evacuated from the city are wiating for the russians to evacuate then to the east.

That's a scary thought to say the least. I'm still of the opinion that if/when Ukraine brings Russia to its knees, what's left of Russia should not only give back all of the territory to Ukrainr, including Crimea, but they should also be required to fix/clean up the mess they've made...and also cooperate with the apprehension of war criminals, including Putin. (if he hasn't already been assassinated by then)
