I just don't think the guy is very good. Before the season started, I really thought either Mariota or Bennett were a great option as QB1, but as the season has gone on it has become very clear that Mariota is far and away better than Bennett.
I don't disagree with whats been said about the Bennett complaints, especially about his throws being inaccurate, but that was true last year too. The other reason I'd point to him not looking as good as last year is that when he's been in is that Kelly has them being very vanilla probably to save his bag of misdirection tricks for future games.
