They didn't specify how much playing time (if any) he should get right? He could just "suit up" for the Nets and sit on the bench ala Magloire.

The greatest thing that could ever, ever happen in my wildest dreams is that somehow the new Nets click on all cylinders and come out of the weak East and they catch a break and beat the West in the Finals - preferably Dallas. KVH would get a ring, Kidd would get nothing, and the good guys would come out on top. Think it's impossible? I'm a Giants fan. I believe anything is possible.

I think he'll do this. All he has to do is go to practice for a month and sit on the IR. He doesn't even have to play a minute if he doesn't want to. And for a pro-rated $4mil, I'd get off my ass and do it in a heartbeat.

Does the league void the trade two weeks from now? Fine KVH?
If he doesn't do this, he is crazy. I mean even if he does not want the money, which I doubt, he could donate it to charity.

I mean honestly, if he doesn't, he's dumb. He doesn't have to do much and gets to take home a fat paycheck. Anyone in the right mind would do this, even if they are "retired".
