    Word was that Lawler wanted time off which might've accounted for Rory Mac being passed over but it turns out the UFC wants the rubber match instead.

    Fan response has been tepid. I understand the want for the re-rematch but I don't know why it has to be immediate.

    I am not looking forward to Barao/Dillashaw.

    I am in the minority, but I am all for Hendricks/Lawler III right now. The fights have been way too close and they've been good fights. Get the third one done already and then move on with the division.

    Barao should win another fight before the rematch. Problem is he's already beaten the top contenders.

    DFW says Dillashaw/Faber isn't impossible but I guess that's probably Dana being a dickhole.

    If Hendricks wins a close/split decision; its time to move on. Same if Robbie wins another close/split decision. The way I look at it is, they are 1-1 against each other. Whoever wins the next fight, whether it be close or clear victory, that person would be 2-1. Once there is a decided victor like that, the loser can fight his way back to a title shot.

    Dallas in March, Montreal in April

    Would make sense that the UFC had originally planned to see Rory/WW Champ in Montreal.

    Now I guess they'll do the trilogy fight in Dallas and have Rory main or co-main in Montreal in a title eliminator.

    Lombard wants to headline with Matt Brown in six weeks now that Saffiedine is out. Lombard is big on Australia having lived there.

    I have no clue what they're going to do with Rory. Usually they throw Ellenberger in there when they need someone but dude's lost his last three.

    Everyone else is booked.

    ^ Condit says he'll be ready in March/April. If the UFC is looking to book Condit/MacDonald 2 in April in Montreal, I would get that. That is presuming that Condit will be ready by then, though.

    With Hector Lombard looking at fighting Rory MacDonald, Matt Brown doesn't have an opponent for next month's card in Broomfield.

    Donald Cerrone wants the fight and, presumably, the fans will be all for that.

    The next season of TUF seems to be a departure. It will be a battle of South Florida with Team Blackzillians vs. American Top Team, competed at welterweight. Whether this means there won't be a fighter house is not yet known. This was supposedly announced to ATT after training last night.
