Woodley refuses to rematch Lawler saying he's not done enough to warrant a shot.

Other than GSP I have no clue who Woodley might be looking at fighting. Nobody, I guess?

That appears to be exactly what Woodley is saying. It's funny, because I seem to remember dude earning a title shot coming off of a close decision and over a year of inactivity.

“I just don’t feel like someone that’s taken a year off, as much as I know Dana loves Robbie and the fans love Robbie — I love Robbie, Robbie’s a dope fighter, we were friends before that fight, I feel bad that we haven’t really communicated that much since then — but I just don’t feel as if a fighter who I knocked out in 46 seconds takes a year off, (then) comes back and wins a fight kinda close, and jumps right back into the title picture. So, there’s no clear contenders right now.”

    He's not wrong.

Four fights in twelve months, too. He's the most active champ IIRC.

Taking six-eight months off to let a few guys rise back up again makes sense.

Robbie reigned for multiple fights in exciting title fights. He got caught with a punch and loss decisively. He has came back and won a fight against one of the top WW contenders. Woodley can fuck off with the dictating who he's gonna fight. Robbie has done enough to earn a rematch. Does Woodley want Wonderboy again?

Does anybody here think Bisping/GSP is good, or the right fight to make?

Honestly, I have no issues with it. GSP was so dominant and had a long reign and stepped away on his terms. He deserves a title shot upon coming back and if this is how he wants it then so be it.

I don't see the size difference being that big. GSP is a STRONG dude. I think he will be able to wrestle Bisping to a UD.

GSP will fight Robert Whittaker if he wins. He has to unify the belts per his deal.

Another layer to this fight. Makes it more interesting for me.
