I typed that last comment before I was done watching. Even more impressed with him after the whole interview. respectful and well thought out kid! Def worth a listen.
Great video. I have a lot more respect for him after hearing it. Sounds like he isn't going to mope around no matter what goes down. Sent from my PC36100 using Tapatalk 2
It has to be very difficult for Brian to have to face the media especially after losing something he very much wanted. He's still a kid and I'm sure his feelings were hurt, that said he needs some time to bounce back and I'm glad he's still on the team. Mariota is as we know one good hit away from Bennett starting and we still don't know how good Mariota will be in "real game time". Bennett may end up the starter, who knows! Either way the ducks are better off he's around!
Best line in that video--"With all due respect, if we'd wanted to have a meeting with the media there, we'd have had a press conference." Shut that reporter down!
Props to BB, takes a lot of guts to do what he said. Though if he DOES transfer, I could see him in either WVU or Michigan. Their system would work for him. But hey, there's depth on the Ducks QB and I'm happy he's staying
