Sad, though, that they have only one men's room for the entire country. But that's socialism for ya! barfo
Socialism is when they charge a GST tax across the country on top of every other tax, and the government owns the airlines and mills.
Someone explain this to me..... in a large venue like the Rose Garden, or PDX, why the fuck wouldn't you want urinals so you can fit the most people efficiently in the bathroom? What a crock of shit.
This is how America has shifted in the last sixty years. Instead of trying to develop a faster and more efficient way for women to pee, we remove the technology that allows men to quickly and efficiently relieve themselves because it's unfair.
"The chief business of the American people is doing their business. They are profoundly concerned with pooping, peeing, and washing their hands after." -- Calvin Coolidge barfo
That might have been true back when he was Pres, but now it seems our chief concern is not offending people.
Yep, they should have just installed more toilets in the women's rooms. For God's sake, let a man piss in peace.
I say we go protest City Hall! We need those Urinals and Kohler breath mints at the bottom. PDX is not weird, their pussies!
Generally I support the Portland City Hall but they flubbed miserably on this one. Now, mind you, I haven't even confirmed that any of this is true so I'm relying on the Millions of participants in here to confirm this kind of stuff.
It seems that the original story was greatly exaggerated. https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/portland-ban-urinals-buildings/
Not offending people should be a concern. We don't call Black Americans racial epethets, nor do we call native Americans racial epithets. In my office in St. Louis, people referred to Asians as a rqcial epithet. Kind of irritated me a husband of a wonderful Asian lady. Hey, I once slugged a guy for ridiculing my wife's Asian looks and accent. He made the mistake of not knowing I was directly behind him when he uttered his stupid slur. One time my Asian niece and I were going to a movie. We stopped off at a Taco Bell for a little fast food prior to the movie. About four teenagers sitting nearby made disparaging remarks about her without directly referring to her but the reference was obvious. I explained to my niece in a loud voice that some people harbored resentment to others with different physical features and that they were incredibly stupid and that we should feel sorry for these poor mentally handicapped people. I was so pissed that I was ready for some action although I knew it would be messy.
