He got off five shots in 14 minutes. That's pretty aggressive IMO. I want him to be more aggressive in other parts of the game... especially on the glass. Ed O.
Anyone want to reconsider whether they'd like to face the Jazz round 1? It seemed an awfully lonely position when I took it. STOMP
Considering how the Jazz have been playing, I think it is THAT bad. They're holding, grabbing, flopping, and pushing.
Really? I didn't think he was playing much better than Joel, but we lost a lot of momentum when we started subbing at the end of the 1st. When Sergio and Travis come into the game, they dominate the ball too much, and it seems to hurt our offense. Even when Roy or LA are out there, it's the Sergio and Travis show. I hope we re-build the lead in the 2nd. Utah should be tired coming off a back to back.
The Jazz always play physical, it's what they want, and I don't think the Blazers would mind the refs swallowing the whistles here tonight. Let the Jazz do what they do, but call it even and let the Blazers reciprocate.
If Portland has HCA, I'd love for them to face the Jazz in the first round. I don't think the Jazz could win in Portland. But if they have HCA, it would probably be a series loss as I don't think Portland can win in Utah. Both these teams are like night and day, home and away.
The thing about the Jazz is they flop in so many ways. They are constantly throwing their arms up in the air like they are being held. They also are good at rapping their arm underneath the opposing player, hooking them and them then raising their arms up like they were the ones fouled.
It wasn't a slight on Joel who played very well. Oden was just so pumped up and playing great and I would've liked to see him play more.
