I think we are excepting lower qualifiers on our picks than they are. For example we did top 10 protected and PHI probably wanted only top 4 protected.

Reminds me of a line from Charlie Wilson's War (great movie, btw) where he says "We can't do anything, now, but we'll improve the price next time around." This point was brought home in the Woj podcast with the GMs, who all talked about trust and relationships. I think they also used the term "special partners," which seems to be exactly what happened here.
