Mt Charleston Realtors kind of gave me a funny look when I said I am from LA. like as if I was about to fuck shit up.
Better get used to the weed. I predict it's going to be allowed in every state some day and then the federal government will have to legalize it. I think it's an error but not a great error.
I used to like that smell but now I, too, find it annoying. I mean, I didn't ask to have it burned in my presence. I feel the same, perhaps even stronger, when it comes to cigarettes.
Mt Charleston is bitchen. I used to ride along with my cousin in his Baja Ride through the dried up creek/rain beds.
1. Ride the commuter rail. It connects several casinos; 2. See the Mirage. Go to it's lobby where they have a very large and very cool aquarium with some large fish; 3. Find a great buffet and eat there often. That used to be the Mirage but they've gone downhill so I have no idea where the best ones are now. If you find one, let me know; 4. Go to Vegas World and go to the top. They've got an amazing amusement ride at the top that will take your breath away. It's really too much for me but I would have loved it in my younger years. Also, Vegas World used to be the tallest building in Vegas and I presume it still is; 5. Do no sit in on any time sharing place presentations. The sales pitch is extremely intensive and not worth the reward. Ask me how I know; 6. Go see Hoover dam. That is so cool and it's within driving distance; 7. Stay away from Keno unless you've got the money to throw away. But do try some sports betting on the Blazers in any of the sports bars in all the large casinos. My wife likes the 21 tables and I stick to the slot machines. You have to have talent to win at 21 and even dumb old me can win at the slot machines; 8. Don't count on winning but quit when you're ahead. We seldom win although my wife does better than me.
sounds like you smoked some nasty shake back in the day...I have a strain that smells like Grapefruit...now that Oregon Skunk strain smells like it's name
That can be good, too. Depends on how it's fixed. The best oyster stew I ever had was fixed by me. When it comes to oysters on the half shell, I prefer the Fanny Bays washed down with a Guinness Stout..
Doing more neighborhood searches this weekend. Is North Las Vegas shit? There are a few communities out there. I see its north of scummy ass downtown. I would probably rather be closer to Summerlin as there is a community and nice lifestyle out there. MAYBE around Green Valley Ranch too. Dunno yet, we'll see. Also gonna check out Skye Canyon and Rainbow Crossing Estates.
