<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">T-mac is a career 30 points per game scorer to go along with 7 boards and 6 assists</div> Tmac has average 30per ONCE in his career. Great acheivement, scoring title, but thats far from a career average. His career average is between 20-23 because of his years in Orlando. Anyways, he's TWICE blown a 2-0 lead in the playoffs...once with Orlando, once with the Pistons. With Orlando it was in the old 5 game format I beleive, meaning all he had to do was win one more game. I dont' care if his team was the underdog, if you have a team down 0-2....you really should win the series. The fact that he's done that twice puts a chink in his armor. <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">We all saw how much Kobe struggled without Shaq this past year</div> As a team we all know the Lakers sucked last year...but Kobe didn't struggle himself, averaging 28,6,6 while bringing up his FG% and scoring AFTER the getting injured. So I wouldn't really say he struggled. As for Wade, once Shaq retires is everyone going to turn around and question how good he is too? Everyone is hating on Kobe because he had Shaq, while at the same time getting on their knee's to suck Wade's d.i.c.k. because HE HAS Shaq! Makes no sense to me... As for Iverson, that dude is in a class of his own and can't be compared with everyone else lol. 6 feet tall averaging somethin like 28 6 4 for his career? I don't care if he played PG last season, his career has been made at SG. Ray Allen- Best stroke I've ever seen (looks even better compared to Denzels ugly jumper). Showed he can lead last year in Seattle, and was willing to take the big shots. He's not one dimensional since he averages over 4 rebounds and 4 assists per night, but when a defender comes against Allen they aren't backing off trying to protect him from driving, their sticking close to gaurd his shot. He's a great player, but too predictable to be considered the best sg. Vince Carter- This guy is a huge question mark. We've seen him fly higher than 23 (Michael and LeBron) and hit clutch shots (the once that bounced on the rim a record 5 times before going in). But he's injury prone, admits to hurting his own team for his personal benefit, and basically quit in Toronto. I give him mad props for being a role model and going to his Graduation but his dedication to the game is questionable, and as a former teammate said- "It's nice to look your teammate in the eye and know that they are right there fighting with you" or something along those lines. Kobe - Basically everyoen agrees he's the most versatile, talented player in the Leage, but his value as a TEAMmate, can be questioned. Despite handing out 6 dimes a game last season the Lakers still sucked once GP, KM, and Shaq (oh ya and Phil!) left. To his credit however, losing four guys (3 players one coach) of that hall-of-fame caliber would hurt any team. Kobe's proved he's the most Clutch player in the Leage, despite a "letdown" last season. The only player in the Leage that compares with Kobe in the clutch is Tmac, and thats just cause 13 points in 45 seconds is ridiculous. game on the line tho...I'd trust Kobe. So here it is...the list of best SGs, in order- think about it, argue with me Kobe (versatile, clutch, work ethic) Iverson (quick, fearless, scorer) Tmac (versatile, leader, scorer) Allen (shooter, leader, teammate) Wade (young, fearless, humble) Vince (veteran, scorer, hungry)
