    Damn, you're right. I was only thinking about guys who might be starting this year, but Alexander could be a stud center by 2018 if he has the drive.

    Right now, based on what I've seen, this would be my starting lineup

    Dame
    Crabbe
    Aminu
    Leonard
    Davis

    My bench unit would be

    Frazier
    CJ
    Harkless
    Vonleh
    Plumlee

    Sprinkle in Pat if the situation calls for it.

    Ed Davis is awesome. I just wanted to say that. Balls out on every possession. Even when he loses on a play you never feel like it was for a lack of effort.

    Perfect. Although if Plumlee can find his footing, I'd rather have his passing ability in the starting lineup.

    you forgot to swallow that crow before spitting out the feathers! On the other hand, the board has been looking for a mediocre man replacement

    Any competent shooting guard has all star potential, thanks to the dearth of talent at that position. Now, I'm not saying he could ever be Clyde or Roy, but are you telling me that he doesn't have the potential for a Rip Hamilton-level season in him?

    Who said he was an All-Star? When did HCP turn into BGD?

    Clearly, with the Full Mags tags, meant to be tongue-in-cheek.

    After he ate him.

    Or perhaps they have formed an unholy alliance and BGD is really a Mini-HCP.

    And I've said several times that he could and probably should start at the 2. Last night, however, was the first time he looked like Michael Redd out there.

    Again, not saying he necessarily will ever be an all star, but he has the talent to make that leap if he can make the most of his opportunity.

    No problems. I only watch re-runs because of the time difference, i'd be happy to link future games if it's allowed and on demand.

    I'm wondering, if Henderson doesn't come back quickly and plays well, if he's about to be Wally Pipp'd. CJ isn't only going to get 12 mpg behind Dame. That leaves Aminu, Harkless, Crabbe and Henderson fighting for roughly 80mpg at the wings. Assuming the starters get 30-ish each, two of those guys are backups fighting over 20 mpg.

    Aminu shouldn't be in the conversation for SG minutes, and Henderson shouldn't be in the conversation for SF minutes.

    PG = Dame, CJ, 3rd
    SG = Henderson, CJ, Crabbe
    SF = Aminu, Harkless, Crabbe

    Until Harkless proves otherwise Crabbe is the only guy that can swing between the two wing positions. Henderson & Aminu should each get roughly 30m at their positions. That leaves roughly 40m for Crabbe, Harkless, and CJ at SG/SF. With CJ primarily being our back-up "PG", I'd slot him at about 10m of actual SG minutes. That gives Crabbe ~10m at SG and leaves 20m at SF that can be doled out to Harkless/Crabbe/project depending on who deserves the minutes.

    Good to know. I wasn't sure for sure because I couldn't watch the game. I just wonder if Luke is as good a coach as Kerr. :lol:

    The Warriors are going to miss Alvin Gentry on their bench coaching..Kerr already admitted that.
