<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">A calm seemed to cloak the Warriors locker room at the Rose Garden on Saturday. Subtle yet detectable. Almost as if every player had let out a sigh of relief, perhaps a sign that the worst was behind them. Strange thing was, this was before the Warriors' victory over the Portland Trail Blazers that snapped a 12-game road losing streak. Apparently, everyone had said what they needed to say -- and it was time to move on. "There's been so much tension in the locker room because we've been losing games," said veteran power forward Clifford Robinson, probably the team's best player when it comes to taking the team temperature. "Guys might not be getting the minutes they want or not have the roles they want or whatever. There's been a lot of tension. It sucks to lose, but to start acting immature and throwing fingers at one another just sucks. They could go on a tear after this after recognizing the biggest problem of their game is all mental. Jrich and almost every single Warrior on the team is guilty of not being in control of their mental game at times. That's why Jrich can't hit free throws, Dunleavy can't nail open shots, Damp makes stupid fouls, Nick Van Exel loses his cool and starts pissing everyone off.
