    Cohan came in as a douche, danced around like a douche, and now of course he's going out like a douche. I mean you can't really expect less.

    I'll tell you what, he's not going to get $450, and he's not going to hold out either. I imagine he's going to end up taking however much he can get. The reports are that 2 bidders are left (Ellison and some other dude). He's just leveraging at this point. They'll come up some, but not all the way.

    If he did really hold out, then all offers will fall off the table, and he'll never, ever be able to sniff that price again, IMO. With the impending lockout coming, and with league-wide knowledge of the way Cohan handled it, I can't see him ever getting a better deal.

    Sounds like Ellison ran the other bidders off but now there's rumblings about this guy who is a part owner of the Celtics (Lacob is his name I think). How can you have ownership of two teams?

    Maybe Cohan can have an hour long special on ESPN about the sale of the franchise and all proceeds from sponsors can go to charity.... "The Cohan-Relief Fund"
