That's a hard matchup since Dunleavy has 7-8 inches on the opposing point guard and almost the same with Pietrus or Richardson if the opposing point guard is guarding them. Now we throw in that 7 footer Biedrens at pf and Murphy at center that might be tough. (Murphy should be center because he can protect the post better and doesn't have to move as quick laterally and if the other team is looking to penetrate, Biedrens better come help out on the weakside). The heart of the defense will have to be guys like Pietrus locking up the opposing point guard and Biedrens who is already showing signs he could be a great rebounder and shotblocker. Plus Murph isn't a bad rebounder himself.
