    <div class="quote_poster">Quoting BallerAK47:</div><div class="quote_post">Great game by AK with 20 and 15

What happened to the Warriors in this game???</div>

We're missing our two point guards due to injury and we just got done on a back to back in sactown last night. We just don't have any point guards that can get it done. It'd be like if Utah was missing both Arroyo and Lopez. It'd just be too hard.

    The Pietrus impact...i love it...

In the first half he plays about 5 minutes. When he leaves the Jazz are making some points but the Warriors are still down only 2 if not in the lead or tied(i can't remember exactly when he got taken out but it was like 8-6 or so). Pietrus doesn't get back in the game for the first half. The Jazz score a ton more points all in a complete down pour. The Jazz end up putting up 56 points. Pietrus then plays the whole 3rd quarter. And what do the Warriors do in this quarter? The Warriors score 26 and the Jazz only score 19(compared to 25 in the first and 31 in the second). I didn't get to see the fourth quarter as i wasn't much more interested and wanted to do other things. But it looked like after Pietrus played that third quarter the rest of the team kept things going(gave up only 16 in the 4th). Is this some type of a Pietrus impact thing? I remember Pietrus shutting down the Bulls, the Pacers, now the Jazz, and i think another team but i can't remember for sure.

    I like it.

Also..on Pietrus. Does Jim Barnett have something against Pietrus? Everytime he does something bad or whatever, he's quick as a rabbit to mention it. It seems like he doesn't want Pietrus on the court. I remember he said that Pietrus had trouble guarding Jason Williams and should have a better time with Mike Bibby in the game last night. When it was Pietrus who was the best at guarding Jason Williams but had to be put on Bonzi who was starting to kill the Warriors(and then he got the blood on him). And then on the other end, he'll talk up Dunleavy as if he was his own kid, and Dunleavy will make all of these mistakes or anything, and Jim will be talking about how good of a steal or not even say anything about it. It gets very annoying. Maybe i am the only one who has noticed this, and am making a bigger deal out of it, than there really is. But it gets on my nerves.

Not but seriously, Golden State seemed like they weren't even trying. I watched the first half of the game and it seemed like they were putting forth very little effort. I wonder why?

I just said they played on a back to back in Sacramento. Probably because they are tired. If you don't know what to back to back means it means they played the night before Utah. GS just is horrible on back to backs and on the road for that matter.

I doubt Mr. Barnett has a grudge against any of the Warriors especially Pietrus. He likes his defense. I mean he's only a rookie, imagine how much better he can get at D. Too bad he's shaky on offense for the moment. I'm sure he's not a first round draft pick and called French Jordan for nothing. He must have game. Just that the limited playing time and first year in NBA might make him a little nervous.

I hear ya. Especially when my Lakers play a back to back, especially on the road, we either lose in nailbiters or we just simply get our asses handed to us. I know how you feel totally.

I'm not stupid, I know what a back to back is. Yes, they must be horrible at back to back because teams play back to backs all the time and they don't look this bad

At least the Lakes have two healthy point guards that can still play ball. Fisher has been the man coming off the bench. Too bad about Karl Malone though. It's kind of like Troy Murphy is to the Warriors as Karl Malone is to the Lakers. Missing those key players are just causing games to be nail biters and sometimes both teams can't close it out when they're missing such vital role players. When Malone comes back healthy he'll get another triple double I'm sure of it.
