<div class="quote_poster">Quoting openglfx:</div><div class="quote_post">I don't know man, the guy stinks at the moment. Pietrus does most of the scoring. If he only has a more developed knowlege of how to play the game, he' be killer. I hope this game atleast makes it into OT, if we dont' win in regulation.</div>

Well Pietrus can always learn the game. [IMG]

And btw I lose a lot of bets, so I'm betting the Warriors lose.

Well it's intentional foul time... how about T.J. Ford though? That's what franchise guys do.

I learned the game LONG ago, never could play it,but I knew what was goin' on even when I couldn't do much about it. Pietrus makes good stuff happen. Perhaps he doesn't know why, perhaps it's a mix of athletic talent and luck, but it works. Nuts,J rich adds to the airball highlight reel, and yet there is still a slim chance-if we MAKE a 3....aggggghhhhh

wow simmons buckled under pressure. Give the ball to Dunleavy! Let him shoot! I've got a feeling he'd actually make it.

Damn, well that's a fine ending. I think Baron singlehandedly destroyed my fg% for the entire week in fantasy ball.

Bad loss, but plenty of games to go. As long as we win the games we should have never won thereby evening things out.

If Baron shoots as streaky as he did tonight, other people have to step up plain and simple. We had Jrich, Murphy and Pietrus, Fisher, but scoring wasn't the problem, we were just allowing too many 2nd chance points to the other team. Plus, we threw away points at the line as usual. The defense was very good though. Just imagine how the last play would have turned out if Pietrus shot 6 of 8 versus 4 of 8 from the ft line.

Oh wells another poor shooting night due to a hurt BD and crappy FT shooting. Still early in the season though, the show must go on.

The third quarter slump really killed us. Tough loss to a team we need to beat at home.

Even though it was a tough loss I gotta say I am proud of our guys for not packing it in and making it a game...

This is why I can't see us winning the pacific division if our roster dwindles down into this. We need more rebounding and production at the foul line. Actually, foul line points wouldn't have been an issue if we could just secure the defensive rebound so that the Bucks wouldn't score on us after missing. Bucks should never have gotten as many offensive rebounds as they did.

Which team looked like they just played the night before? Damn, it sure didn't look like the Bucks. Maybe the W's just got too confident and too far back on their heels.

I'll give them credit for putting us within reach. It looked like pure blowout in the 3rd.

Ike should hopefully solve that rebounding and FT problem

Yes, results! It's pretty easy to talk the talk, but to walk the walk is something different. Pietrus just has natural born talent and he could get scary type of better once his instincts about the team game improve. We saw it happen with Jrich, right? Jrich used to have no intermediate shooting game and he was a tweener (power forward trying to learn guard).

Pietrus played very well. This was a night he managed to get off but still played good basketball. He was reluctant to shoot but that resulted in better shots for the other guys. Proud of that kid.

Dunleavy is playing like utter garbage. This is the time he has to play differently. If his shot isn't falling, he can't sit around twiddling his thumbs to wait for when it will. He's a coaches son, make adjustments...jesus.

Our guys really do play with heart and I definitley admired the effort.

I was thoroughly entertained by the 4th quarter effort and although we lost, the W's showed us heart. We had a chance to tie it and it just didn't go through...what more can you ask for? The more of these situations we have, the better equipped we will be for the next time it happens. Although we have great expectations for the W's, this season will also be a learning process...the W's are learning to be winners...they have the tools but lack the experience.

Hopefully along with Dunleavy, the W's will progress nicely and finish strong at the end of the season to get into the playoffs.

Pietrus was the most efficient player on the floor tonight for the Warriors. He shot 6 of 9 and a couple of FT's to get 18 pts. He had 4 reb and 3 steals and a blocked shot in 31 mins.

He did make a very stupid mistake, but you guys need to chill. He didn't get two seasons to start under his belt to learn. Players make mistakes but learn, and he sure got a yelling I'm sure at halftime. But he did great in the second half and made some good passes (the one to Baron for the 3). It shows he's learning. Think of how he'll be with more experience. Think of how he would have been had he gotten more playing time in previous years. He made good use of the mins he gets each night. I've seen other Warriors make stupid mistakes, but 5 people didn't post right away and bash on him. Seems Pietrus is an easy target, probably from Barnett bashing on him every night. At least he ain't shooting ~25% a game. He's one of the better 3 pt shooters on the team and has a good FG%.
