Warriors vs. Bulls Nov. 9, 2005 (FSN 5:30)

The Warriors are lucky that the Bulls started off slowly and that they are struggling with their shooting, but they better not let up or they will get caught.

 

I'm not too worried about the Bulls shooting, but if they start running and finding ways to make defensive stops, I think they might gain momentum. How does everyone like that point guard battle? Hinrich and Davis have both 10 points and 3 assists a piece. Baron Davis is doing some very tricky shots against Hinrich and he just can't defend it because it's impossible. I always loved watching guys like Baron Davis or Steve Nash hit those impossible circus shots. That takes real skill. That's crazy.

Hopefully, tonight we avoid the tale of two halves. The 2nd half is the only one that matters so hopefully the Bulls play as poorly on offense as they did the first half. If they are saving Tyson Chandler for the 2nd half I think scoring might be similar to our percentages in the 2nd quarter if we have to settle for more jump shots. I guess the Bulls aren't that tough without an inside scoring threat either as they have gone perimeter. Sweetney hasn't seen much playing time. Only six minutes. I hope he doesn't get hot.

 

The only players I usually see with stupid fouls on the W's team is Calbert Cheaney, and sometimes Fish. Veterans ehh??

Turnovers by both teams. Bulls are shooting poorly. Warriors bench came out big to hold things down when JRich got injured and BDiddy needed some rest. Just need to hold on and not let the Bulls back in. It will be dangerous if we let them hang around in the 4th.

I got out of class and started listening in the 2nd quarter when we were up 33-24 and I heard the bulls announcers talking about our good defense and then Dunleavy blocked Deng's shot from behind I guess. But then later I get back into my car and I hear he over shot a 3pter by like 10ft...

 

Dunleavy needs to start making shots...

Of the 7 shots he took, 6 were 3's, which all missed.

Pietrus is 2-3, all 3pt. I still don't understand Monty's rotation, Pietrus needs the minutes!

Yeah Warriors got cold starting the half didnt they. Looks like they might be scraping by now though. Up by 6...

 

I'm sorry but these refs are terrible. They don't seem to know the difference between a block and charge.

The refs aren't even calling the illegal picks. Man this is b.s. And look at who the refs are. One of them is Zach Zarba. Omg that guy is the worst ref in the league next to Bill Spooner.

Wow what a shot from Fisher!! Clutch! But then Andres Noccioni comes back with a three that barely goes in.
