At this point, the team is gonna give him anther chance, so I've resigned myself to that. Not gonna complaim about him, just gonna wait and see.
I made this thread as somewhat of a joke, hoping this reverse psychology thing works. I don’t actually believe everything I said, but also wouldn't be surprised if that’s exactly how it played out. I’m prepared for the worst hopeful for the best. I don’t even hate Olshey, but he’s pretty predictable.
Yes, we know how it'll go: He'll make another Robin Lopez-type (value) deal. Several on the board will melt down. He'll make another Aminu-type (value) signing. Several on the board will melt down. We'll make it out of the 1st round, but it'll take us 6 games to clinch it. Several on the board will melt down. We'll lose to GS in 6, losing the 6th game by 3 points. Several on the board will melt down. \end thread.
Yup, over a month ago. I can't accept the fact that he's been given another chance and deal with it without constantly conplaining about the same stuff?
My opinion hasn't changed at all. Just resigned to the fact that he's still gonna be here so I'm just gonna hope he does something this summer, instead of constantly complaining about the same stuff that people have heard a million times.
well i expect nothing from him, and it's simple, because Nobody want's to Deal with the Blazers, even hinkie couldn't make a good trade with this roster without including Dame or CJ.
Let Neil know that because that’s pretty much what he’s going to go after. Even with things I’m hopeful of (Blake Griffin) I’m cognizant of Olsheys preferences.
Blake griffin is the only Star Type Level Player we could get without including Dame or CJ, because his Contract is fucking horrible and Maybe Detroit want's him gone after a half year
And Olshey drafted him, so Maybe he has an eye in him and the pistons Situation. I asked a Friend (pistons fan) if he would do Evan turnover + Meyers + 24th Pick + 2020 Pick top 10 protected for Blake and he said yes i would do that in a heartbeat. Because the deal would undervalue the PLAYER Blake Griffin, But not the CONTRACT he has, it gives the pistons a First rounder This year (they have no Pick this year), another First rounder in 2 years and a lot of Cap flexibilty in 2020. Thats Sounds fair imo. With Blake they win absolutely nothing and stay in mediocrity
Both have non-guaranteed contracts that become guaranteed on 7/19/2018: 7/19/18 — Wade Baldwin’s $1,544,951 guarantees for 2018-19. 7/19/18 — Georgios Papagiannis’ $1,544,951 guarantees for 2018-19. BNM
